初审周期过长，耗时三个月才完成第一轮审稿
审稿效率评分：6.0 | 录用比例：25% 个人投稿体会：该期刊要求相当严格，采用三审制度，只要有一位评审持否定意见就会被拒。我苦等了将近四个月才得到结果。虽然主编来自中国，但从稿件状态更新时间来看，审稿人可能并非国内学者。
确实安排了三位审稿人，初审修改后两位表示没问题，第三位指出回复不够专业（确实存在未完整回答问题的情况）。二审给了三个月修改期，结果拖到截止日期才返回，没想到第二天就直接被接受了，实在意外，不知是审稿专家放水还是主编直接拍板的。
两位审稿人给出了不同数量的修改意见，第一位提出了26条建议，第二位只有2条。经过全面修改后，二审过程很顺利，可能编辑对我的回复比较满意就直接录用了。值得一提的是，负责的编辑是中文名字。
请问该期刊的审稿流程具体包括哪些环节？

初审大约一个月时间，后续小修处理很迅速，10天左右就完成了，最终录用效率很高，是家不错的期刊
去年9月投稿，10月中旬收到一审意见，修改后在今年2月提交修订版，两周后就收到了录用通知。
这本期刊质量堪忧，审稿三个月后直接拒稿，连基本的修改意见都没有提供
